Polyurethane Foam –

Our polyurethane foam systems are perfect for your foam casting projects. You can choose from soft & flexible or rigid foam kits. An alternative name may be urethane foam or polyurethane foam resin. We have polyurethane flexible foams that are great for making puppets, soft parts, movie props, backing up latex and PU elastomer skins, and more. Or go for our rigid foams, which are ideal for buoyancy, insulation, and most cavity filling applications. Details on density, ratio, and more can be found in the product descriptions. Also, we have various sizes to suit the needs of your project. In fact, these foam systems are commonly used in the film and SPFX industry to make props and weapons.

In addition to the foams, we also have a SC94 single component coating. This provides a Semi-Gloss final finish or paintable surface for various elastomers, latex products, and flexible polyurethane foams. Or you can use it as an in-mould coating for brushing or casting polyurethane products behind. Please note that foam casting works quite differently to rubber or resin casting. Since foams expand as they are cast, moulds have to be designed to resist the expansion force of the foam. Otherwise, they will distort.
