Orders are dispatched from our store during hours of operates between 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-4:30pm Fridays.

Orders are generally dispatch between 24-48hrs which may increase to 48-72hrs during busy periods and sales promotions.

We use several courier services for dispatch and most couriers estimate delivery between 1-3 business days for businesses and residential, an additional 2-3 working days for rural deliveries, these time frames may increase when courier demands are high.

During the busy seasons like Christmas and sale periods – allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery

Some products listed on this website are regarded as dangerous goods and will be dispatched by the appropriate carrier. Reference to whether a product is classified as a dangerous good will be clearly noted when the item is selected and in the Shopping Cart. Dangerous Goods surcharges apply.

Notify our online staff within 7 days of receipt to make arrangement for product returns, you can find our full Returns Policy here for further details.

Shipping quotes are based on the delivery address and total weight of an order, some products will incur and addition charge e.g. ‘Dangerous’ goods and Manual Handling fees

How does Click N Collect work?

Place your order online, receive the ‘Ready to Collect’ email then pick up your order.

How do I place my Order?

When ordering online you will be required to enter a delivery address, if eligible the option to collect in store will be visible, select this option and proceed to the checkout.

Where can I collect my Order?

How long will my order take to be ready?

Please allow 1 business day, you will NOT be able to collect before you receive the ‘Ready to Collect’ email.
Please allow 2 business days during promotions.

What if I cannot get to the shop in time?

All orders should be collected within 10 business days, if you are unable to get to the store in time.
