BJB’s SC-24 is a general purpose accelerator which can be used to reduce demold times of a variety of BJB polyurethane products. Note that this will also shorten the working-time of the polyurethane system after SC-24 is added. SC-24 should be added to the B side prior to mixing with A side in the amount of 1% to 2% of the total weight of the A/B system. A
small scale test should be performed to evaluate the reaction time with the particular product being used. SC-24 will have a varying degree of effectiveness with different material system. We do not recommend using this product with BJB water clear series.
