Additives & Pigments

There are several pigments and additives available for our Silicone systems. There is our classic colour range from WACKER available in 50gm and 1kg tubs, and our new Fleshtone range for creating prosthetics and SPFX applications.

We also offer Thixotropics for thickening our silicones and taking them from a pourable liquid to a thick, paste like consistency for brush on applications. A silicone diluent is also available to lower the viscosity of your silicone and at a higher addition rate, soften and reduce the Shore A number. Vario Catalyst F is specifically designed for our Vario range of silicones to decrease pot-life and cure time.

And of course we cannot forget the Platsil range of accessories to modify the Platsil silicones. There are two types of deadener, Smiths and LV (low viscosity), an Accelerator, Hardener and Retarder. All these additives ensure the Platsil range becomes totally customizable to suit your projects needs.
