Birchwood Patinas

Sculpt Nouveau have produced the Birchwood Casey range of Patinas to work on a variety of different metal surfaces. These are acid based solutions which will alter the surface of the metal, creating different tones and colours. This range has patinas for specific metal types, as they are not designed to work on a variety of metals. They are also concentrated formulas that require dilution before use and they are all processed via cold application.

Examples of application techniques include spraying, brushing, sponging, layering and dip/immersion. Each technique will provide a different finish, and there may be a preferred method for a particular patina, so please refer to the product for more information.
